Add a student's birthday once, and SwiftCheck quietly reminds your staff when it's coming up — no extra setup, nothing to check manually.

Add a birthday

Open a student from the Students tab and set Birthday — just the month and day. No year, ever — SwiftCheck doesn't need it and doesn't ask.

Save, and you're done. SwiftCheck starts watching automatically — there's nothing to renew or re-enter next year.
