Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 20, 2026. These terms govern your Center's use of SwiftCheck.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between Swift Webservices LLC, a Colorado, USA limited liability company ("SwiftCheck," "we," "us"), and the tutoring center or business ("Center," "you") that signs up for SwiftCheck. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The service

SwiftCheck is a check-in, attendance, and staff time-tracking tool for tutoring centers, provided as a hosted, subscription-based web application ("the Service"). Features and pricing are described on our homepage, which forms part of these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up, and you're responsible for everything that happens under your Center's account, including actions taken by Staff or Manager logins you create. Keep your login credentials secure — if you suspect unauthorized access, contact us right away.

Billing & trial

Free trial: new Centers get one month of full access with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a monthly or annual plan to continue.
Billing: subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Current pricing is always shown on our homepage.
Price changes: if we change your plan's price, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price takes effect.
Refunds: subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges — see Cancellation.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, instantly and self-service, from your dashboard's Support tab — no call or email required. Cancelling stops future billing immediately. Your Center stays active through the remainder of the period you already paid for, and your data is deleted 30 days after cancellation takes effect (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Use SwiftCheck only for lawful purposes related to running your tutoring center. Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer the software, resell or sublicense access to a third party, or use the Service to store information you don't have the right to keep. We may suspend an account that violates this section while we investigate.

Your data

You own the student and staff information your Center enters into SwiftCheck. We act only as the platform that stores and processes it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. SwiftCheck itself — the software, design, and branding — is owned by Swift Webservices LLC.

Warranty & limitation of liability

SwiftCheck is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the Service reliable and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftCheck's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees your Center paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Changes to these terms & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and notify Center Managers by email. We may terminate or suspend an account for a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, in which case the same data-deletion timeline described in Cancellation applies.
