Effective date: September 20, 2026. This explains what data SwiftCheck collects, how it's used, and how long we keep it.
SwiftCheck is operated by Swift Webservices LLC, a Colorado, USA limited liability company ("SwiftCheck," "we," "us"). SwiftCheck is a check-in and attendance tool sold to tutoring centers ("Centers") — the Center is our customer, and Center staff are the ones who enter information about students and employees into the app. This policy describes how we handle that information.
We use the information above only to operate SwiftCheck for your Center: recording check-ins and check-outs, running attendance and payroll reports, sending the emails your Center's account is set up to receive (weekly insight digests, birthday reminders, billing notices, password resets), and providing customer support when you contact us. We do not use your Center's data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Every record is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Each Center's data is kept completely separate from every other Center's — there's no way for one Center to see another's information. Within a Center, Staff and Manager accounts see only what their role allows. See our homepage for more on how this works day to day.
While your Center's account is active, your data is kept for as long as you're a customer, so your attendance history stays available. If you cancel your subscription, your Center's data — students, staff, attendance history, and account details — is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation taking effect. If you'd like a copy of your records before then, export your attendance history from the dashboard, or contact us for help.
SwiftCheck is a business tool used by tutoring center staff — it is not directed at children, and children do not create accounts, log in, or interact with SwiftCheck themselves. Any information about a student is entered by Center staff, on the Center's own authority as the student's tutoring provider. Center staff are responsible for having whatever authorization they need from parents or guardians to keep that information in a system like SwiftCheck, the same way they would for any other student record-keeping tool.
If you're a parent or student and have a question about information a Center has entered about you, the fastest path is to contact that Center directly — they control their own roster. If you're a Center and want to correct, export, or delete your data, you can do most of this yourself from the dashboard, or reach out to us at the contact below and we'll help.
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify Center Managers by email.
