Quick questions

Will I be charged today?

No — your first month is free. You won't be charged until your trial ends.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation is instant and self-service, right from the Support page — no need to call or email us.

What happens to my center if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your center stays active through the rest of the period you already paid for.

I'm signing up a second location — what email should I use?

Each center requires a unique email address, since billing and login are tied to it individually. If your provider supports it, you can add a ‘+’ tag (e.g. name+location2@yourdomain.com) to create a new address that still delivers to your usual inbox.
