Exporting attendance reports

Every check-in and check-out is logged automatically. Pull any date range into a spreadsheet whenever you need it — for records, billing, or a parent's question.

  1. 1

    Open Long-term history

The dashboard's History tab only shows today. Click Long-term history & export → at the top of that tab to search any date range.

  2. 2

    Set your search

Pick a start date and end date, and optionally a student name to narrow it down to one person. Click Search.

  3. 3

    Export it

Click Export CSV or Export XLSX to download exactly what's on screen — the same date range and name filter you just searched.

  4. 4

Fix a mistaken time, if you need to

Any completed visit has a Correct button — use it to fix a wrong check-in or check-out time (say, a student who forgot to tap out). A reason is required, and it's saved alongside the visit so there's always a record of what changed.

Quick answers

What's the difference between CSV and XLSX?

Same data, different file type. CSV opens in nearly anything; XLSX opens directly as a formatted Excel workbook. Use whichever your records system prefers.

Does the export include corrected visits?

Yes — corrected visits are included and marked as corrected, so your records stay accurate.

Can I export just one student?

Yes — enter their name in the search before exporting, and only their visits in that date range will be included.

Is there a limit to how far back I can search?

No — every visit is kept, so you can pull any date range back to when your center started using SwiftCheck.

Ready to try it?
